The INS Rack Mount Enclosures are designed for low or high density patching applications.

This sturdy 14 gauge rack enclosure is available in 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8RU versions.
This unit provides a removable door with front and back access to the slide-out tray.
The INS Enclosures accommodate 19” or 23” racks.
Purchase 6, 8, 12 or 24 pack adapter panels.
Standard color is Black, simply attach suffix to Rack Mount Enclosures for Off-White (-BW), ex. F1RM2RU4X-BW. All adapter plates are sold seperately.

It features a cable spool, bridge stances and a mounting stud and nut to secure splice trays. The lockable inner door (lock/key included) provides safe storage of incoming cable while allowing the technician to manipulate outgoing fiber patches. The INS Wall Mount Splice Enclosure provides a secure splice bay for up to (12) splice trays. Cable entry and exit holes are now located on the tops and sides of the unit, and are protected by 1.25” dust-proof grommets. Both doors are removable for easy access and lockable for added security. Cable management rings are moveable within the unit and cable tie-downs are located throughout the unit. Constructed from lightweight, sturdy 16 gauge steel for easy installation. Recommended splice tray is 11.72”L x 4”W (Ex. F1-SPL24). Splice trays not included.

High Density Breakout Cassettes and Enclosures

The High Density Breakout Cassette provides ‘plug and play’ solutions for data center infrastructure and similar high density applications. It offers a secure patch or breakout point from multi-fiber MPO trunk cables to duplex LC patch cables. This modular platform provides a convenient, rapid deployment solution when installing MPO trunk cables and breakout positions within a network. Accommodates a total of 96 or 144 fibers loaded into the matching 1RU enclosure. Both 3X and 4X 1RU enclosures are designed to fit into standard 19” racks. Mounting adapter brackets extend out past the front and back of the enclosure to assist with incoming fiber management. Both front and rear doors are easily removable and provide uninhibited access to the cassette’s fiber connections.

The 3X High Density Breakout Cassette is designed to reduce installation time and increase cost efficiency within dense network infrastructures. This compact, modular solution provides a convenient solution when transitioning between duplex LC patch cables and multi-fiber MPO trunk cables. Install up to three 3X HD Breakout Cassettes in the compatible 1RU 3X High Density Cassette Enclosure (p/n F1RM1RU3XHD) for a maximum of 144 fibers in a 1RU rack mount enclosure. Use in conjunction with pre-terminated cable assemblies for easy installation and simplified cable management.

Cassettes are available in a variety of fiber configurations and polarities (Type A and B). Removable fiber ID cards and labeled MPO ports are used to identify the internal LC-MPO fiber breakout after cassette installation is complete. The 3X High Density Breakout Cassette is manufactured in the USA with the highest grade optical components, including Elite MTP adapters. Each cassette is factory tested to provide the best network reliability and optical performance available. Cassettes are built with male MTP (pins installed) connectors unless otherwise noted. Standard color is off-white, also available in black.
